Watchtower Confession?
Here on JW.org, you will see a copy of the March 22, 1993, Awake and a copy of the actual magazine. This information is good as of the date (9/3/2026) of the publishing of this website, Intothetruth.org. Pay close attention to what the writers of the Watchtower publications say regarding incorrect dates and that Jehovah's Witnesses, the people are responsible for reading too much into what was written. The people got the blame, not the ones who wrote the literature.
The Watchtower Says...

"Jehovah's Witnesses have suggested dates that turned out to be incorrect"

NOT TRUE: Jehovah's Witnesses (the people) never suggested any date. It was the "Faithful and Discreet Slave" who write what is published and who are responsible for the suggested incorrect dates.

...Never did they say these are the words of Jehovah"

NOT TRUE: The "Faithful and Discreet Slave" has said that "Jehovah touched their lips and put His words in their mouths". And that Jehovah uses the Watchtower to communicate to His people on earth.

The Watchtower...has said "We have not the gift of prophecy"

NOT TRUE: The "Faithful and Discreet Slave" did say that "Jehovah has a prophet and that prophet is Jehovah's Witnesses". They said "to Prove it, check out the record"

"Nor would we have our writings reverenced or regarded as infallible"

NOT TRUE: If as the "Faithful and Discreet Slave" said, Jehovah and Jesus Christ are to get credit for what is written in the Watchtower publications not the publishers If that were true, then the prophesies WOULD NOT HAVE FAILED TO COME TRUE.

NOT TRUE: The "Faithful and Discreet Slave" said that those who are responsible for "feeding Jehovah's people" meat in due season" (Matt. 24:45) are under "Angelic Direction" and Jehovah communicates through the Watchtower magazine/literature.

NOT TRUE: They said they under "Angelic Direction" and Jehovah "PUT HIS WORDS IN THEIR MOUTHS"?

Not Dogmatic? If a person verbally disagrees with a teaching of the Watchtower and they hold to their belief, that person will more than likely be disfellowshipped or excommunicated from the organization.

JEHOVAH DOES NOT HAVE TO CORRECT HIS VIEWS! "All scripture is inspired and Beneficial for teaching and setting things straight..." - 2 Timothy 3:16.

They have said as has been shown, "Jehovah put His words in their mouths"; "They are under Angelic Direction"; Jehovah uses the Watchtower to communicate to His people"; and that "Jehovah's Witnesses are Jehovah's Prophet who declare things to come"
Important Note: It is not the Jehovah's Witness that knocks on your door that made the False Prophesies. It is the small group of writers, the ones who decide on what is to be written in the Watchtower publications that we are claiming based on our evidence that are False Prophets.
